PAYMENT
Orders are all prepaid.
• Payment may be made online via PayPal. This will allow you to pay securely by credit card.
• Alternatively a PDF order form may be downloaded and posted or faxed.
  The order form contains bank details required for direct deposit, postal address for
  mailing a cheque and fax number.
• Cheques should be made payable to STUDIO 225

DELIVERY TIMES
Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. If your order is urgent please email or phone
Terri to express your urgency.

REPLACEMENT POLICY
Certificates are packed in plastic to protect from moisture with a backing board to protect from damage during transit. Orders are then posted in Australia Post TOUGH BAGS.

If your certificates have arrived damaged in the post they must be returned immediately. Damaged certificates will be exchanged and reposted on the day of return.

Please notify Terri of any certificates being returned by phone or email.

REFUND POLICY
Generally refunds will not be accepted unless the conditions are exeptional.
Where a refund has been accepted, postage and handling costs are not refundable.
